{"id":655,"date":"2020-08-25T08:03:49","date_gmt":"2020-08-25T11:03:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cmcphsolutions.com\/?p=655"},"modified":"2022-12-13T13:33:56","modified_gmt":"2022-12-13T13:33:56","slug":"the-treatment-of-patients-with-primary-immunodeficiency-disorders-pid","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cmcphsolutions.com\/es\/the-treatment-of-patients-with-primary-immunodeficiency-disorders-pid\/","title":{"rendered":"El tratamiento de los pacientes con trastornos de\nInmunodeficiencia Primaria (IDP)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los pacientes con trastornos de IDP han nacido sin algunas de las defensas inmunitarias del cuerpo o con el sistema inmunitario que no funciona correctamente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estas personas sufren infecciones m\u00e1s frecuentes, m\u00e1s duraderas o dif\u00edciles de tratar que las infecciones que padecen las personas con un sistema inmunitario normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mayor\u00eda de las IDP se presentan en la infancia aunque pueden manifestarse a\ncualquier edad. Siendo muchos trastornos de inmunodeficiencia primaria heredados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">En un art\u00edculo publicado por La Fundaci\u00f3n <strong>JOSEP CARRERAS<\/strong> con informaci\u00f3n\nproporcionada, entre varias fuentes, por la Barcelona <strong>PID<\/strong> Foundation, se comenta\nque:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la actualidad se han descrito m\u00e1s de 350 IDP, de las cuales en m\u00e1s de 250 se\nconoce el defecto gen\u00e9tico. La clasificaci\u00f3n actual fue realizada por un comit\u00e9\ninternacional de expertos,\u00a0International Union of Immunology Societies\u00a0(IUIS), que en\nsu \u00faltima reuni\u00f3n bienal (2017) agrup\u00f3 las IDP en 9 grupos.\nEl tratamiento de los pacientes con IDP se divide en el llamado\u00a0tratamiento de\nsoporte\u00a0y los\u00a0tratamientos curativos.<\/p>\n<cite>Josep Carreras<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Como componente del tratamiento de soporte, podemos resaltar la terapia de sustituci\u00f3n con inmunoglobulinas (Igs), producidas a partir de plasma de donantes humanos, que se pueden administrar por v\u00eda endovenosa o subcut\u00e1nea, con la posibilidad de ajustar el volumen para cada paciente, dependiendo de la farmacocin\u00e9tica, de la tolerabilidad y de la respuesta cl\u00ednica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los avances en este campo de la sustituci\u00f3n con Igs buscan brindar soluciones m\u00e1s robustas para los pacientes con IDP, especialmente en lo que se refiere a la auto-administraci\u00f3n en el hogar mediante bombas de infusi\u00f3n individuales, cada vez m\u00e1s sofisticadas y sencillas de utilizar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estas soluciones son esperanzadoras para los miles de pacientes padeciendo de\nestos trastornos inmunitarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cmcphsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/trastornos-de-Inmunodeficiencia-Primaria-blog.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-716\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cmcphsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/trastornos-de-Inmunodeficiencia-Primaria-blog.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.cmcphsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/trastornos-de-Inmunodeficiencia-Primaria-blog-980x654.jpg 980w, https:\/\/www.cmcphsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/trastornos-de-Inmunodeficiencia-Primaria-blog-480x320.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1000px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patients with PID disorders are born without some of the body\u2019s immune defenses or with an immune system that is not working properly.
